JASWANT S. TONY
Jaswant S. Tony recently founded GoMeyra, a comprehensive and fully customizable cloud-based laboratory information management solutions (LIMS). A visionary leader in the software industry and an expert developer in systems IT technology, Tony self-funded and developed the GoMeyra LIMS system software in just 2 ½ months during the pandemic, and it’s been in use with several labs and growing since June.
A Silicon Valley veteran, Tony has more than 20 years of experience designing, developing, configuring and troubleshooting both large enterprise and service-provider networks. He is also the founder and chief technology officer of iSource Cloud Services LLC, a technology development firm that designs high quality, cost-effective, cloud-based solutions.
As the Director of Information Technology, Principal Network Architect and shareholder for iStreamPlanet, Tony designed the content streaming technology that is now owned and operated by Warner Bros. television. Additionally, he developed the technology for several large scale, worldwide cloud-based live streaming events including NBC’s coverage of the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics, Super Bowl XLV (2011), London Summer Olympics (2012), Sochi Winter Olympics (2014) and the Rio Summer Olympics (2016). Tony is also responsible for developing the multi-cloud integration for Architect BGP Network with Amazon Cloud, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure; and direct connect with NBC, FOX, Twitch and Fubo TV.
Tony has a Master of Science degree with a specialization in computer science (MSCS).

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Sally Roberts is a Big 4 CPA with over 20 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining GoMeyra, she held various financial positions including CFO roles within the technology industry, served as the VP of Finance & Divisional CFO for MGM, and worked as a business manager for several entertainment clients. Sally practiced as a CPA at KPMG in their Information, Communications and Entertainment (ICE) Group in Century City, California. She has held board positions at Financial Executives International and CASA OC, and is currently on the board of EarthIndex Inc. Sally received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami, majoring in Accounting.

RJ Forte brings a 30-year background from corporate America starting in the food industry and migrating to the start-up world of the Silicon Valley for the past 25 years, focusing on the business development of high-tech companies and their systems, managing and growing salespeople, and developing companies sales strategies while introducing technologies into new and emerging markets prior to IPO.
RJ’s previous companies include Golden Grain/Ghirardelli/Quaker Oats, General Mills, Anixter Intl., Foundry Networks/Brocade, A10 Networks, Adaptive Integration, Kynde and LoopLingo.
Two of RJ’s most recent accomplishments include:
- Instrumental in launching 2 of the most successful corporate IPO’s in the Technical Sector
- Orchestrated the technical design helping Microsoft secure the $10B JEDI FIPS Level project for the Department of Defense
- RJ has an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco
FINANCIAL and LEGAL ADVISOR
Dave Berkus has a well-established track record in operations, venture investing and corporate board service, both public and private. As an entrepreneur, he has formed, managed and sold successful businesses in the entertainment and software arenas. As a private equity investor, he has obtained healthy returns from liquidity events in over a dozen investments in early-stage ventures. As a corporate mentor and director, he was named “Director of the Year” for his directorship efforts with over 40 companies.
Dave created his first company, Custom Fidelity, Inc., at the age of 15. He sold his interest in the Company to found Computerized Lodging Systems, Inc. becoming an early pioneer in the mini-computer industry.
He is credited with innovation of numerous technology “firsts”and guided the computer company through a decade of growth, including two consecutive years on the Inc. 500 list of America’s fastest growing companies. He was recognized for those pioneering achievements with his induction into the Hospitality (HFTP) “International Hall of Fame”– one of only forty-two people worldwide who has been honored over the years.
Dave is serves on executive boards for numerous public and private technology companies. Active in a total of over forty companies, he has been recognized as “Director of the Year” by the Orange County-based Forum for Corporate Directors, and “Technology Leader of the Year” by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors.
Dave is the co-author of fourteen books for entrepreneurs, investors and corporate boards. Dave is a past Vice president of the Western Region, Boy Scouts of America. He is also Chairman of the Advisory Board of ABL – Technology, a networking organization of CEO’s in high tech businesses.
Dave has made over 202 investments in early stage ventures, for which he has an IRR of 102%, and manages a number of early stage funds, including Berkus Technology Ventures, LLC, Kodiak Ventures, L.P., Wayfare Ventures, as well as three Tech Coast Angels ACE Funds, where he is also Chairman Emeritus.
Dave serves as a Trustee of Occidental College, where he is Vice Chair of the Board. He is often engaged as keynote speaker for events worldwide, speaking on trends in technology and of legal and practical issues of governance for emerging company corporate boards.
DIRECTOR of COMMUNICATIONS and MARKETING
Gina Yager– is the owner and operator of GYC Vegas, which specializes in strategic public relations, marketing, branding, community relations, special events and more.
A Southern Nevada resident for 18 years, Gina has 20 years of experience in multiple industries including hospitality, tourism, gaming, food & beverage, entertainment, retail, non-profit and technology, working with national, regional and local companies of all sizes – from start-ups and small businesses, to multinational corporations.
Prior to establishing GYC Vegas in 2017, Gina spent 15 years with Preferred Public Relations, a local marketing and public relations agency, where she served as the firm’s Vice President. Throughout her years there, Yager handled strategic marketing, public relations and media relations for the company’s highest profile clients, while also directing special events, internal programming development, recruiting, staffing and training.
MANAGER OF CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Rachel Gardner is Manager Of Customer Relations at GoMeyra. Her role oversees API systems integration and customer relations, for the GoMeyra platform.
Rachel joins the GoMeyra team from the tour and travel industry. She has over ten years’ experience in technical operations and API integrations. Having been raised in Texas, Rachel has two B.S. of science degrees in Biochemistry and Cell and Molecular Biology from Texas Tech University. Rachel’s expertise in both the clinical and technical field makes her an integral part of the GoMeyra implementations team. Outside of the office, Rachel is an avid traveler and in pursuit of her Masters in Bioinformatics.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Katelynn Taylor is the Customer Service Specialist at GoMeyra. Her roles focus on making sure anyone using the system understands it with proficiency by preparing easy to use tutorials and support customers.
Katelynn was raised in Las Vegas and has always had a love for the ever-changing culture. Prior to GoMeyra, Katelynn attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas where she achieved her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. She’s experienced in a wide variety of Hotel Operations, and Events including Banquets, Conferences, and Conventions. During Katelynn’s last year of school at UNLV, she was invited and inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success. Within the society, she served as a leader and held meetings throughout the semesters with members creating goals for success and ways to achieve them. Outside of the office, Katelynn has a love for traveling and donating/volunteering for various animal shelters across the Las Vegas valley.

Dr. Harold Kraft, M.D.
Scientific Advisory Officer
Dr. Harold Kraft, M.D. serves as a Scientific Advisory Officer for GoMeyra, a comprehensive and fully customizable cloud-based laboratory information management solutions (LIMS).
Dr. Kraft has led a dual career in medicine and software development for nearly four decades. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a doctorate from Georgetown University Medical School, Dr. Kraft served his residency in anesthesiology at Georgetown University Hospital and worked as a staff anesthesiologist for 16 years. Throughout his medical career, he simultaneously designed and developed a number of software products for multiple industries, including legal data mining, identity theft and verification, healthcare information technology, and real estate. Dr. Kraft has worked as a clinical researcher delivering breakthrough cures for veterans and currently owns and operates a non-invasive pain management clinic in Southern California.
Dr. Kraft is licensed with the American Board of Anesthesiology and is licensed to practice medicine in California and Maryland. He is a member of the American Academy of Pain Management, International Association for the Study of Pain, and American Society for Lasers in Medicine and Surgery. He holds patents for several technology and software products, has authored a number of published articles and clinical studies on laser therapy and anesthesiology, and has served as the editor of the Psychology and Behavioral Science International Journal since 2016.
Scientific Advisory Officer
Michael Casiday is a University of California San Diego alumnus scientist with nearly two decades of industry experience. He pursued post-graduate training at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center in conjunction with the University of California San Francisco. His research focuses on the development of molecular techniques for use in diagnostic tests targeting infectious disease. He is particularly interested in merging data from analyte testing, microbiological cultures and molecular quantification assays to provide a patient total care continuum. Recently, he has focused his work on optimizing pooled extraction techniques for SARSCoV2 detection workflows. Other areas of research include secondary metric analysis of qPCR data to increase low concentration sensitivity of established high-throughput assays.
Michael is a trained application scientist on platforms distributed by ThermoFisher Scientific, Illumina, Roche, Qiagen, Novartis, GenMark, Luminex, and Hologic to name a few.
